This Grade I landmark building was designed by Aston Webb in 1912 as part of the Queen Victoria memorial which included the processional route along The Mall to Buckingham Palace.

Our refurbishment of the building included roofing over the lightwell in the North block to form an atrium space with a new reception at ground floor level with glass bridges spanning between the upper levels acting as lift lobbies for a new bank of lifts greatly improving circulation. Services were completely renewed.

A total of 7000 m2 of office space was created for the Cabinet Office who also occupy the linked old Admiralty Building.
