This important Grade II* townhouse was the home of composer Hubert Parry for many years.

The house is one of a pair dating from the early 18th century and set in one of London's premier garden squares.

An extensive programme of conservation and repair was required to refurbish the house as a modern family home. Our approach was to meticulously conserve and restore historic features whilst taking a contemporary approach in the detailing of modern interventions. This included use of glass, metal and rubber finishes.

We were subsequently approached by new owners of the adjacent house for whom we carried out a similar refurbishment.
